Exercise is a huge quality of life factor for me. I have the privilege of working with Dr. Irving Dardik who found and chaired the US Olympic Committee Sports Medicine Council in 1976. Irv is a scientist, a visionary in medicine and a pioneer in physics and fitness training. He developed an exercise program that is based on training the ascending and descending rhythms of heart waves. Irv’s program trains the heart to have steeper curves between resting heart rate and maximum sustained heart phases. The result, in my own experience, is incredible. This regime brings me to an entirely new level of energy and mental clarity.
