Alone Time

I take a few minutes alone during my morning coffee to map out how I want my day to go and what I want to accomplish. I also have a habit of keeping track of the way I feel in general.  On a daily basis, I find myself taking that time to breath and stand on the outside looking in. This allows me to gain perspective.

Taylor Kitsch
Taylor Kitsch is an actor well-known for his role as Tim Riggins ("No regrets!) in NBC's Friday Night Lights, one of the best acted, written and produced shows in the last 2000's. He also starred in X-Men, John Carter, Battle Ship and Lone Survivor. He also starred in the second season of True Detective. Taylor grew up playing hockey and had plans to play professionally before a career ending injury. Besides acting, he is also a certified nutritionist and personal trainer. Taylor now calls Austin home.
