		<description>I thought this post was great.  I wish they taught or at least acknowledged the importance of emotional intelligence in school.  I also enjoyed taking a look at Shaesby Scott&#039;s best practices the main part of the site.</description>

		<description>I think a great point here is that by thinking before we act, we can save ourselves so much time.  Obviously some people like Shaesby are better at the psychological aspect of dealing with and reading people. But I do think we can all improve.  A friend of mine&#039;s company gave out to employees Daniel Goleman&#039;s Emotional Intelligence to emphasize the importance of these skills.</description>
